Step 1: Kill the PTO.
Never load with it spinning. Safety first.
Step 2: Open the net wrap compartment.
Remove the core plug and make sure the feed path’s clear.
Step 3: Position the roll.
Set it so the wrap feeds from the bottom of the roll toward the front of the baler. Check the diagram on your lid — every brand’s slightly different.
Step 4: Feed the net.
Pull the leader through the guide rollers and tension bars to the feed rollers. Leave about 3 feet hanging out.
Step 5: Close the door, reset wrap counter, and test.
Run a short test bale to make sure the net starts and cuts clean.
Pro Tip:
Keep the wrap core dry. Moisture warps it and messes with feed tension.
